From short coastal strolls to full-day outings over rocky summits, the walks in this guidebook cover an island chain of outstanding beauty. While a moderate level of fitness is assumed, the routes described are in general very easy - none require any scrambling / climbing skills or equipment, and the amount of ascent, the duration and the distances involved are moderate.
