The Montseny Natural Park located about sixty kilometers north-east of Barcelona is home to a World Biosphere Reserve.

Dominated by the ridges of Turó de l'Home (1,706 meters), Agudes (1,703 meters) and Matagalls (1,697 meters), it has inspired many artists and writers, and attracts nearly two million visitors.

The Montseny Natural Park offers around thirty marked routes for all levels and is crossed by the GR 2, GR 5 and GR 83.
